Pixar Filming Schedule Update

Pixar is entering an exciting new era of storytelling, building on the strong momentum from its latest original film, Hoppers. Released in March 2026, Hoppers became a major box office success — opening to the studio’s best original animated debut in nearly a decade and quickly crossing $240 million worldwide so far.

Here’s Pixar’s confirmed upcoming theatrical lineup:

  • June 19, 2026: ‘TOY STORY 5’ will release on June 19, 2026.

  • March 5, 2027: ‘GATTO’ will release on March 5, 2027.

  • March 10, 2028: Pixar’s new original film ‘ONO GHOST MARKET’ will release on March 10, 2028.

  • June 16, 2028: ‘INCREDIBLES 3’ will release on June 16, 2028.

  • November 21, 2029: ‘COCO 2’ will reportedly release on November 21, 2029.

In development (no release dates):

  • ‘MONSTERS, INC. 3’ is officially in development.

  • An untitled Pixar musical project directed by Domee Shi (Turning Red) is in development.
